Are your foods 100% plant-based?

Yes! All our foods are 100% vegan. No animal meats, poultry, seafood, cheese, milk, eggs or other products derived from animals.

How do I look for my allergies?

All meals are prepared with care in a vegan facility that also processes soy, sesame, tree nuts, peanuts and wheat. Refer to individual meal descriptions for specific allergen details.

Are your ingredients 100% organic?

Our priority is to use organic ingredients whenever possible. Greens and Fruits are mostly organic. Beyond that, we take care in partnering only with suppliers that share our commitment to quality ingredients. Over time, as we scale, we will continue to add more ingredients as organic. Where do you deliver?

Sun + Soul delivers throughout Greater Metro Atlanta. Please enter your zip code prompt to determine whether we deliver to your particular area. Different minimum order and free shipping thresholds may apply depending on your location.

When do I need to order by?

You will need to place an order each week by 11:59 pm EST Sunday of delivery that same week. If you meet this deadline, your order should arrive Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

What happens if I have a question about my order?

Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions via email at info@sunsoulorganic.com. Please be sure to include your name, phone number, email address and order number.

What if I'm not home to receive delivery?

We deliver to the address and follow drop off instructions provided. If a human is not available for handoff we will leave at your specified drop off location. Your order will have a ice pack to keep cool for hours. Refrigerate immediately.

What do I do with the bags and ice packs once I receive my delivery?

All of our delivery materials are sustainable and recyclable. We collect and reuse empty Sun + Soul bags and ice packs for future deliveries. Please leave your empty Sun + Soul bags and ice packs at your specified delivery location on your next delivery date.

Currently we do not take back food containers.
